Frank MacInnis, former CEO of Norwalk contracting giant Emcor Group Inc., will be chairman of ITT Corp. after it splits into three separate, publicly traded companies, The Associated Press reports.
MacInnis, 64, who retired from Emcor on Jan. 3, currently is a director of the White Plains, N.Y., corporation whose breakup plan was announced on Jan. 12.
The new ITT Corp. will be led by the current chief financial officer, Denise Ramos, 54, who will serve as CEO.
ITT will continue to sell engineered products to aerospace, transportation, energy and industrial markets. Separately, it will spin off its water-related business and its defense and information solutions business.
The chief financial officer will be Thomas Scalera, 39, who is currently vice president of corporate finance for ITT. General counsel and corporate secretary will be Burt Fealing, 42, who is now vice president and corporate secretary.
