Essex Savings Bank promotes several employees 

Essex Savings Bank’s board of directors recently made several changes to its team by promoting five workers. 

Denise Goucher is now vice president, assistant BSA officer and deposit operations manager. Goucher has been at the bank since 1976, and has held numerous roles there, including working in the corporate office.  

Bernadette Jones was promoted to vice president, corporate secretary and compliance officer. Jones joined the bank in 1978, and has also held several positions, including controller, supervisor of operations and teller. 

Gregory Pilney, who joined the bank in 2015, was promoted to vice president, information systems officer.

Elizabeth Kuhns was promoted to assistant vice president, HR manager and marketing officer and assistant corporate secretary. She has been with the bank since 2014.

Hilary Mondelci has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan administration manager and assistant corporate secretary. She joined the bank in 2011. 

Essex Savings Bank, which was established in 1851, serves the Connecticut River Valley and shoreline with six offices, including branches in Essex, Chester, Madison, Old Lyme and Old Saybrook.
