The Center of Special Care in New Britain has appointed David J. Kelly as its board’s chairman.
Kelly, who is senior manager of finance for ESPN, has been a board member at the long-term acute care hospital for eight years.
He mentors at E.P. Hubbell Elementary School in Bristol, where he lives, and is a board director of the Connecticut Youth Leadership Project.
