Volunteers from Ernst & Young’s Hartford office recently spent a day interacting with participants in HARC’s Elderly Enrichment Program, HARC’s Bulova Center and also at one of its community residences in Wethersfield. One of the leaders of the Ernst & Young group, Gina Anastasio of New Haven, said, “Many of our group had visited HARC in the past and were anxious to return. We learned a lot about the organization on this visit, and really had fun doing the arts and crafts and other activities with HARC’s participants.” Pictured are Ernst & Young volunteer Greg Bendett with HARC Bulova Center participant, Mary. HARC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with intellectual disability and their families.
