Erland Construction CT office promotes two

Erland Construction has promoted David S. Griffin to project executive and Matt Combs to project manager in its Connecticut office.

Griffin joined Erland as project manager in 1999 and has managed myriad projects for the company, specializing in multifamily residential construction.

Combs joined Erland in 2011.
