An annual survey of Connecticut entrepreneurs found 67 percent added full-time staffers in the last six months and 47 percent expect to add more in the coming six months.
Both those figures outpaced the global average of 61 percent adding in the last six months and 33 percent expecting to add in the coming months, according to the survey of Entrepreneur Organization’s 8,700 business owners in more than 35 countries.
The survey also found 67 percent of EO members in Connecticut expected to add part-time or contract employees in the coming six months.
In terms of revenue, the Connecticut portion of the survey said 60 percent added revenue in the last six months and 67 percent will add revenue in the coming months.
