Engineering and environmental services firm Weston & Sampson recently hired Bob Carr as a senior technical leader in its Rocky Hill office.
Carr has over 30 years of experience in all phases of environmental site assessments, release investigations, and the design and permitting of many types of soil and groundwater remediation systems, the firm said.
He will be working with clients to provide environmental consulting and remediation design oversight services. He is a licensed engineer in Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island, and a licensed environmental professional in Connecticut.
