Engineering firm hires CFO

Civil and environmental engineering firm Tighe & Bond, which has offices in Middletown, has hired Robert Belitz as chief financial officer.

Belitz, who is a CPA, was most recently vice president of finance for Hunter Roberts Construction Group. He has also worked for Malcolm Pirnie and Arcadis U.S.
