LongHorn Steakhouse says its newest Connecticut restaurant opens in Enfield Monday, with between 80 and 100 new jobs.
The 6,270-square-foot restaurant is at 10 Phoenix Ave., next to door to the Hampton Inn. Bob Siana is the 240-seat eatery’s managing partner.
Based in Florida, the LongHorn chain has 480 restaurants, four of which also are in Manchester, North Haven, Shelton and Waterford.
