Enfield property hosting an Olive Garden sells for $2.26M

A property hosting an Olive Garden restaurant along a commercial corridor of Enfield recently sold for $2.6 million.

Melrose Investment Co., of Nashville, Tenn., sold the roughly 30-year-old, 9,396-square-foot restaurant building on 1 acre at 41 Hazard Ave., to New Jersey-based Agis Trading LLC.

Peter Park signed the deed as chief manager for Melrose Investment. The sale was logged by the town on Aug. 16. Melrose paid $1.57 million for the property in 2019.
