An 18,200-square-foot industrial facility in Enfield, currently occupied by Laird Plastics Inc., has changed hands for $900,000, brokers say.
SK Commercial Corp. of West Hartford in recent weeks sold the one-story building, at 135 Freshwater Blvd., to industrial landlord-developer Joseph Sullo, according to Colliers International, which brokered the deal.
Sullo, who has been steadily growing his real estate portfolio in recent years, is also the co-owner of Artisanal Burger in Manchester. He is also the owner-manager of Classic Restaurant Supply in Hartford and its e-commerce affiliate, RestaurantSupply.com.
A property listing shows the 6.7-acre site is occupied by Laird Plastics with a lease expiration in Sept. 2021.Â
The site includes one loading dock, 6,996 square feet of office space and 44 parking spaces.Â
Built in 1981, the facility was listed for sale at more than $1.1 million.
