Connecticut Light & Power and The United Illuminating Company have named two ‘Energy SuperSTARS’ as a part of a state-wide energy efficiency campaign.
The home energy efficiency challenge, part of the ratepayer-funded Energize Connecticut program, aims to increase energy efficiency in homes throughout the state.
Gregg Gabinelle of West Hartford and Karen Guastelle of Fairfield were chosen by CL&P and UI based on their responses to a survey about home energy efficiency.
Through Energize Connecticut’s home energy solutions program, the two SuperSTARS will receive a free home energy assessment which will identify energy loss in their homes. They will also receive help from two energy coaches.
