Greenskies Renewable Energy LLC has entered into a long-term lease for 4,500 square feet of space at 355 Sackett Point Rd., North Haven.
Dave Melillo, senior commercial associate with H. Pearce Commercial, represented both the landlord, 355 Sackett Point Road LLC, and the tenant.
Greenskies Renewable Energy LLC is part of The Clean Focus group which originates, develops, finances, constructs, owns and operates renewable energy projects in the United States, Taiwan and China. This is one of three North American offices for the company.

Guilford resident named sales manager for Page Taft Christie
Page Taft-Christie’s International Real Estate has appointed Matt Healy of Guilford as its new sales manager.
Healy previously served as a Realtor and as the company’s professional development leader. In his new role, Healy will work with individual agents to expand their business, organize and oversee meetings and events, recruit talent and expand training offerings.

Healy joined Page Taft in 2015 after a career as a full-time firefighter.
