An energy audit company has leased a 1,000-square-foot unit at 205 Research Dr., Milford.
The new tenant, Energy Management Authority LLC, plans to use the space for office and equipment storage. Michelle Long is the company’s principal.
The business uses diagnostic equipment, such as infrared cameras, to evaluate clients’ properties. It then makes recommendations to improve energy efficiency, such as through insulation or window and door replacement.
Financial terms of the one-year lease were not disclosed.
