Norwalk industrial construction company Emcor Group Inc. says it landed a contract to install mechanical systems at a Caris Life Sciences facility in Phoenix, The Associated Press reports.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
As part of the contract, Emcor said its University Mechanical & Engineering Contractors unit will install mechanical systems in a laboratory, lab support area and office space in the 30,000-square-foot facility, along with a 5,000-square-foot mezzanine.
The division also will be responsible for installing a central plant and service yard, and coordinate all electrical and plumbing work for the project.
