Norwalk specialty construction and building services provider Emcor Group said it has acquired Louisiana and Texas firms that provide instruments and electrical services for oil refiners and other energy operators.
Privately held Ardent Services LLC and Rabalais Constructors provide electrical, process control, equipment installation and automation services.
The two companies generated approximately $300 million in revenue last year. The acquired companies will become a part of Emcor’s U.S. electrical construction and facilities services business segment.
The deal is expected to close in April.
