Embattled law prof returns

A UConn law school professor who showed pornographic pictures in class will be back teaching by springtime. The Connecticut Law Tribune reports that controversial professor Robert Birmingham will be allowed to teach three classes during the spring semester. Birmingham is often described as a brilliant but eccentric instructor. He was relieved of his teaching duties this fall after twice showing a how-to film on prostitution.
