Massachusetts retailer Sullivan Tire and Auto Service has acquired Ellington commercial retreader Bergson Tire.
Terms were not disclosed.
Based in Norwell, Mass., Sullivan Tire will scrap the Bergson name while retaining the staff, officials said.
Sullivan Tire has more than 50 retail tire stores and 15 commercial truck centers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
