Eleven-unit Hartford apartment building sells for $1.2M

A Westport resident recently paid $1.2 million for an 11-unit apartment building in Hartford.

Assessing records show Sterling 6-4 LLC sold the 107-year-old brick apartment building at 4 Sterling St. to Branegan Holdings LLC in a $1.2 million deal logged by the city on April 20.

The principal of the buyer is Christine Cua, of Westport, according to state business records. The principal of the seller is Sol Harel, of West Hartford.

The three-story building at 4 Sterling St. includes first-floor retail space. The property was listed by Jordan Pinto and Tess Cullen of Chozick Realty.
