The Shelton-based Edgewell Personal Care Co. (NYSE: EPC) has announced changes to its executive team reporting to company president and CEO Rod Little.
Anne-Sophie Gaget, currently the company’s vice president, global strategy and innovation, has been named chief growth and innovation officer. She will focus on innovation strategy, global brand building and new product development and growing EPC’s direct-to-consumer capabilities.
Paul Hibbert, currently vice president, global operations and supply chain, has been named chief supply chain officer. He will focus on global operations and supply chain strategy.
Eric O’Toole has assumed the role of president for North America. In this role he will focus on North American commercial strategy, customer partnerships and expanding digital capabilities.
Nick Powell, currently vice president for Europe & Latin America, has been named president, international. In this role, he will expand his responsibility to also include the Asia Pacific region and will focus on International commercial strategy, customer partnerships and expanding digital capabilities.
Also, Edgewell announced that Chief Operating Officer Colin Hutchison will leave the company following a transition period, and the COO role will be eliminated effective November 15, 2020. Hutchison has been in the role of COO since April 2017.

Debra J. Liebowitz
Debra J. Liebowitz has been appointed Quinnipiac’s next provost, effective July 15. She will lead all academic programs at Quinnipiac and oversee the university’s nine schools and colleges, and all other academic units and centers. Liebowitz succeeds Jennifer Gerarda Brown, who served as interim executive vice president and provost during the 2019-20 academic year. Brown will return to her role as dean of the School of Law. Liebowitz comes to QU from Drew University, where she is currently provost and dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Caspersen School of Graduate Studies. She holds degrees in political science, including an undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon, and master’s and doctoral degrees from Rutgers University.

Brian R. Wichniewicz of Enfield has been hired as a network engineer in the Springfield, Mass. store support center for Big Y Foods Inc. Big Y is one of the largest independently owned supermarket chains in New England, with some 83 locations throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.
