Cheshire aeroparts and components maker EDAC Technologies said it has hired J. Mark McDonald, a Rolls Royce executive, as president and CEO.
McDonald replaces CEO Dominick Pagano, who is retiring but will remain with EDAC through the transition and will then serve on the board of directors.
McDonald was most recently chief operating officer and executive vice president of energy at Rolls Royce.
He starts work Sept. 30.
