Farmington aeroparts/machine-tool maker Edac Technologies Corp. will debut its new Cheshire home to stockholders when they gather for their annual stockholders meeting May 1.
The 9:30 a.m. session will be held at 500 Knotter Drive, a former Pratt & Whitney Co. facility that Edac acquired for $8.2 million with state aid last year.
Stockholders as of March 1 are eligible to vote at the meeting.
As of Monday, Edac headquarters remain at 1806 New Britain Ave. in Farmington.
