Farmington manufacturer Edac Technologies Corp. has increased by $3 million its line of credit with TD Bank, a regulatory filing shows.
The expanded revolving credit line replaces a $7.5 million line negotiated with the lender in May 2009, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Edac, which custom makes, among other things, components for Pratt & Whitney and other aerospace suppliers, did not specify a use for the extra line of credit that bears interest at prime or 4 percent, whichever is greater, the filing said.
Edac agreed to pay monthly interest beginning Wednesday until the credit line matures on July 31, or unless TD Bank renews it.
The filing shows the borrowing remains secured with the assets of Edac and its Grose-Ite Industries and Apex  Machine Tool Co. assets, as well as a mortgage on Edac’s facility at 275 Richard St. in Newington.
