Cassandra L. Mitchell has been named assistant vice president of finance for Eastern Connecticut Health Network, a subsidiary of Prospect Medical Holdings Inc., effective Aug. 21.
Mitchell comes to ECHN from UConn Health, where she was chief revenue cycle officer for 15 years.
