What are the family values of your business, and how do they help you remain competitive in the market?
Our family values are integrity, respect, accountability, compassion and customer centricity, which contribute to employee longevity, experience and knowledge. We offer expert thinking to our customers, and the training our staff receives is not lost in turnover so it can be translated to service and training for our customers.
What would your founder say about the state of your company today and its achievements in the last year?
