A Ridgewood, New Jersey investor recently paid $2 million for a 31,000-square-foot light industrial building in East Windsor.
In a deed recorded June 1, Faldu Interiors LLC sold the 1977-vintage building on 4 acres at 18 Thompson Road to Cincinnati Capital Partners.
Faldu’s principal is Vijay R. Faldu, of Windsor, according to state records. Bharat Ramjibhai Faldu signed the deed on behalf of the seller.
The sale was financed in part by a $1.25 million seller-financed mortgage. Frank Taliercio signed the mortgage on behalf of Cincinnati Capital Partners, according to land records.
Located close to Interstate 91, the multitenant building has 10 docks and 8 drive-in doors. It was initially offered for sale at $2.45 million.
