East Windsor industrial services company sold; real estate trades hands for $1.1M

An East Windsor warehouse/industrial property that houses a recently acquired industrial services company has sold for $1.1 million. 

The 12,942-square-foot property at 13 Stoughton Road sold in April. 

The buyer was Busch Connecticut Property Company LLC, which has a Virginia Beach, Virginia business address and is controlled by Turgay Ozan, state records show. 

Ozan is the president of Virginia-based Busch Vacuum Solutions USA, which announced in March that it acquired East Windsor-based VESCO, an industrial parts supplier for vacuum furnaces and pumping systems that is housed in the Stoughton Road property.

VESCO was formerly part of the McLaughlin Furnace Group. Under the acquisition, it has been rebranded as  VESCO – A Company of the Busch Group. 

Terms of the business sale weren’t available. 

The seller of the East Windsor property, which was built in 1993 and sits on 0.86 acres, was McLaughlin & Son Real Estate CT LLC, which has an Indiana business address and is controlled by Jeff McLaughlin, who is the CEO and founder of the McLaughlin Furnace Group.
