An East Windsor industrial property has sold for $1.1 million, town records show.
The 22,986-square-foot property at 7 Craftsman Road, which was built in 1979, sold in late December to Arch Max LLC, according to the town. The seller was Massachusetts-based Pearson Associates.
The building is currently occupied by TIMET, a titanium raw material supplier.
David P. Murdock, of Hartford-based Sentry Commercial, represented the buyer in the deal.
