East Windsor hotel sells for $5.13M

The 58-room Comfort Inn East Windsor recently sold for $5.13 million.

Leroy Hospitality Inc., of East Windsor, sold the 19-year-old, 35,827-square-foot hotel on nearly 1 acre at 141 Prospect Hill Road – just off Interstate 91 – to Willington-based HA Hospitality in a deal recorded by the town Oct. 2.

The buyer’s principals, Neelum Habib and Habib Ahmad Chaudhary, share a Willington address, according to state business records.

The seller’s principals include Jay Dhaduk and Shailesh A. Patel, both of Parsippany, New Jersey, and Kamlesh Patel, of Portland, Maine.

Leroy Hospitality paid $3.9 million for the property in 2007, according to assessing records.
