A 111-room budget hotel in East Windsor has sold for $4.29 million.
In a deed recorded Jan. 23, Bradley Enterprises LLC sold the 76,075-square-foot hotel, built in 1970, on 5.98 acres at 161 Bridge St. to SAI Krishna LLC.
SAI Krishna’s principals are Chirag Patel, Kunal Patel, Piyush Patel and Mehulkumar Patel, state records show. Attempts to reach the new owners were unsuccessful.
Bradley Enterprises’ principals include Jagmeet S. Sethi, of Trumbull; Sawarn Singh, of Westport; Dilraj Chawla, of Seymour; Navpreet Chabra, of Rego Park, New York; Amandeep Singh, of Seymour; and Siddharth Sharda, of Rego Park, New York, according to state business records.
They originally bought the property in September 2020 for $2.4 million, property records show.
The purchase was financed in part by a $3.57 million mortgage from Rhode Island-based Centreville Bank.
