East Haven business buys local commercial building

A&G Contracting LLC of East Haven has purchased commercial property at 133 Commerce St., East Haven, for $650,000.

The company plans to renovate the 17,000-square-foot building and use it for both its own operations and as an investment property. A&G Contracting is a family-owned business. Founded in 1989, it provides project management and general contracting services.

Kevin Geenty and Kristin Geenty of The Geenty Group, Realtors of Branford were the sole brokers in the transaction.
