A pair of local real estate investors recently paid $4.1 million for a 55,777-square-foot East Hartford warehouse.
In a deed recorded Aug. 26, a New Hampshire-based limited liability company sold the 1966-vintage warehouse on 3.3 acres at 42 Rumsey Road to another limited liability company headed by Bradford Wainman, of Glastonbury, and Robert A. Urso, of South Windsor.
Bret Waltz signed the deed on behalf of the seller.
Wainman and Urso have previously partnered on industrial investments.
Earlier this year, the pair sought a wetlands permit needed for a 150,000-square-foot warehouse on a 13.3-acre East Windsor property.
In late 2022, the pair paid $1.57 for 21.5 acres in Windsor, intending to build a 218,000-square-foot warehouse.
Attempts to reach Wainman and Urso Monday morning were not immediately successful.
