A 65,579-square-foot warehouse in East Hartford recently sold for $1.25 million.
New Tolland Realty LLC sold the 78-year-old warehouse at 120 Tolland St., to 120 Tolland LLC, according to a sale recorded by the city on Jan. 4. City staff confirmed the sales price.
Yehuda and Gitty Fischer, of Brooklyn, are the principals for the limited liability company that bought the property, according to state records.
The seller’s principals include Arnold J. Grant of Madison, Nicholas Morizio of Cromwell and Jonathan Gross of Glastonbury, according to state records.
