Argan is based in Arlington, Virginia.

“This bolt-on acquisition expands the reach of our Teledata segment to a premier customer base that would have taken years to build organically,” Argan CEO David Watson said.
The company says that the acquisition provides an anchor in New England, alongside a specialized workforce and direct access to a range of new clients.
