The 10,707-square-foot Wickham Park Plaza property at 1184 Burnside Ave. sold earlier this month.
The buyer was Desi Plaza LLC, which is controlled by Tarequl Ambia of Manchester, state records show.
The seller was Benios Properties LLC, which is controlled by Despina Benios of Farmington, state records show.
