The 9,545-square-foot retail/supermarket property at 442 Main St. sold in January.
The buyer was 442 Realty LLC, which is controlled by Lorenza and Nelson Diaz, state records show.
The seller was Casale Realty LLC, which is controlled by Frank Leone of East Hartford, state records show.

The building was erected in 1980, sits on 0.94 acres, has 45 free parking spaces, according to CoStar.
