East Granby industrial properties sell for $2.8M

A pair of industrial buildings in East Granby have sold for $2.8 million, according to the deal’s broker.

The properties involved in the deal include 31,445-square-foot 33 Nicholson Road and 21,200-square-foot 35 Nicholson Road. 

The buyer was 33 NICHOLSON ROAD LLC, which is controlled by Robert Daddario, president of Suffield-based Residential Management Corp., state records show.   

The seller was B&B Parallel East Granby LLC, which is controlled by Kenneth Schechter, a principal at Salisbury-based real estate finance and investment firm Parallel, state and town records show.

Oshkosh Corp., the Wisconsin-based maker of speciality trucks and access equipment, is a tenant at 35 Nicholson Road, records show.

Hartford-based Sentry Commercial represented the seller.
