CT Parent Advocacy Center in East Lyme is getting a $828,108 grant from the federal education department to aid parents of children with the full range of disabilities, authorities say.
The money will be paid in equal $276,016 installments over the next three years, Congressan Joe Courtney announced Wednesday.
