A 12,000-square-foot storage/distribution facility at 29 Baer Circle, East Haven has been leased to Legend Commerce CT LLC, d/b/a Automated Convenience Services. The tenant will use the property for storage of items for vending machines for distribution purposes as well as general office use. The space is a flex building sited on 2.5 acres with a loading dock, 10-by-12-foot overhead door and heavy power.
The building owner is K. Russo Construction, which is currently erecting a second building on the property to be available for lease in February 2019. The new building will house available spaces from 1,875 to 6,000 square feet. Bill Clark of the Geenty Group, Realtors was the agent for the landlord, while Dominic Cretella of Executive Real Estate represented the tenant.
