Hartford corporate construction and relocation adviser Diversified Project Management Inc. has been hired to oversee Netherlands lender Rabobank’s consolidation of some 500 employees to its North American headquarters in New York City.
DPM will coordinate a “restack” of the Dutch lenders office to a renovated and expanded 102,000 square feet of office space on Manhattan’s Park Avenue.
Financial terms of the engagement weren’t disclosed.
When complete, about 160 employees in Rabobank’s New Jersey office will join 340 co-workers in the city, DPM said.
DPM, with other locations in Stamford and Boston, is an independent owner’s representative consultant who provides programming, pre-construction, project management, construction administration, FF&E coordination and move management services.
