Dunkin’ Donuts rolls out on-the-go ordering

Ordering a cup of coffee and donut just got easier for those who like to plan their morning commute ahead of time.

Dunkin’ Donuts announced Monday that on-the-go ordering is now available for members of its rewards program at Dunkin’ Donuts locations throughout the country. Members can order, pay in advance on a smartphone, and then skip the line in store to pick up their food or beverages.

The program, called DD Perks, allows members to place a mobile order up to 24 hours in advance, select their desired location, and then confirm via the new Dunkin’ Donuts mobile app when they are ready to pick up their order inside the restaurant, or at the drive-thru. The order is automatically paid for using their Dunkin’ Donuts card within the app.
