Catherine Duke was hired as chief talent officer at Hartford law firm Robinson+Cole, where she will be responsible for the overall professional development, performance management, integration and inclusion of the lawyers and staff at the firm.
Duke previously worked as legal director of the labor and employment department at Proskauer Rose.
