Drug Testing in the Workplace

The state Department of Labor recently held a seminar about drug testing in the workplace. The workshop, which was held at the agency’s central office, was one of five sessions in a winter employer seminar series sponsored by the agency’s Office of Program Policy. Other sessions in the series dealt with unemployment insurance, Connecticut’s Family Medical Leave Act, and the state’s wage and hour laws.
