Dr. Veronica Maria Pimentel has joined St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center as a fellowship-trained specialist in maternal fetal medicine with St. Francis Medical Group. Pimentel is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and her clinical interests include prenatal diagnosis and medical complications of pregnancy.
Pimentel – who, in addition to English, is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, French and Cape Verdean Criolo – completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Boston University Medical Center and a fellowship in maternal fetal medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, New York.
