Endocrinologist Latha Dulipsingh, M.D., of West Hartford, has joined St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center as the population management director for diabetes and metabolic services.
Dulipsingh received her medical degree from the University of Madras in India and completed her residency and fellowship at University of Connecticut Health Center.
She was previously director of the division of endocrinology and bone health, medical director of Joslin Diabetes Center, an affiliate of The Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain.
