Dr. Ahmad Daher has been named medical director of Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute’s neuro-oncology program. Daher treats patients with primary brain tumors and will oversee patient care before and after surgery. Daher also treats patients with cancers of the nervous system and those with non-brain cancers suffering from neurological conditions. He also will serve a crucial role in the institute’s ability to offer clinical trials to brain cancer patients.
Daher most recently completed a fellowship in neuro-oncology at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center.
