A downtown Norwich building blending 29 apartments with first-floor office and commercial space recently sold for $2.2 million.
In a deed recorded Nov. 25, MF Blue Valley Apartments LLC sold the four-story building on four-tenths of an acre at 16 Franklin St., to Thayer 2025, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming.
The 1915-vintage, brick and masonry-sided building was “substantially renovated” in 2006 to create apartments, according to Chozick Realty, which listed the property. The building features more than 5,600 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
