A century-old, 19,120-square-foot apartment and retail building in downtown Middletown recently sold for $1.1 million.
Montgomery, Massachusetts-based 682-684 Main Street LLC sold the building at 682-684 Main St. to Great Neck, New York-based 682-684 Main LLC in a deal recorded March 28, according to city records.
The three-story brick building offers retail on the first floor and 12 apartments above.
The seller, 682-684 Main Street LLC, paid $1.1 million for the building in 2006, according to city records. State business records list David R. Champiney, of Montgomery, Massachusetts, as the principal for the selling limited liability company.
The buyer’s principals are recorded as Perry Lee, of Middletown, and Noah Smith, of Great Neck, New York.
