Law firm McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter LLP has hired Wesley W. Horton and Karen L. Dowd in its appellate practice group in Hartford.
Horton will serve as counsel and Dowd has joined as a partner. Both attorneys have decades of experience in appellate law, having argued, briefed, and/or consulted on cases in the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme courts, U.S. Supreme Court, and Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
They previously served as partners at Hartford-based Horton, Dowd, Bartschi & Levesque P.C.
