Stephen Dow has been promoted to senior vice president, director of SBA and specialty banking at Webster Bank. Dow joined Webster in 2013 in the corporate strategy group. Most recently he was Webster’s head of corporate strategy and was responsible for leading the annual long-range planning process, advising senior management to develop economic profit-maximizing strategies and leading various corporate development initiatives.
